Among 25,000 runners will be ready in the starting area at Øster Allé on September 18th 2016. The race attract a strong elite – nationally and internationally and of course Sustainable Racing Team

Copenhagen Half Marathon was awarded the IAAF Road Race Bronze Label in January 2015 as the first race throughout the Nordic countries. In January 2016 the race obtained the IAAF Road Race Silver Label. The aim is to obtain the Gold Label, which is considered the most prestigious quality designation and which has been awarded to just a few other half marathons throughout the world.

The Course covering most areas of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg, the course will showcase the very best of the Danish capital. The aim has been to create an extremely fast course that would be highly spectator-friendly and featuring many of the city’s highlights. On the course the participants pass more than 20 Power Zones and entertainment venues for both runners and spectators.
